Before a project is ever inked we know how important it is to determine what its positioning will be based on the buyer profiles, market niches and active builders in the market. We know that the amenity must fit the plan and that the product must absorb at the right momentum needed.

We have found that by getting all the member firms of the development team together for a charette or strategic planning session, mistakes can be avoided and communication is quickly fostered that is invaluable to the development process. We help the client set up and conduct these sessions as well as draft the results and decisions made.

These sessions also help to finalize the overall positioning indicated by our market research, focus studies, or feasibility reports. We set a timeline for the project, its annual sales and marketing program and decide our long-range development strategies. In addition to overseeing the charette sessions, we will offer an array of services in the consultation contract, which can be customized to meet the client’s specific needs.
