After completing 6 years with Newland Communities one of the top land development firms in the country, Susan formed her own land development firm and began advising some of the most successful planned communities all across the country and South America. After more than 30 projects ranging from 30-acre neo-traditional TND’s to 22,000-acre master planned resorts, the firm’s expertise and scope of services covers all aspects of the land development process. Southcreek ‘s business is to help the client create true realistic land plans with realistic proformas and assemble the team to get it done faster, more costs effectively with even better sales momentum and pricing.
